Dave Noordam

Licensed sinced 1986, he is our most seasoned team member with over 20 years experience. Dave is also a Coeur d'Alene native and graduated from Cd'A High in 1986. He specializes in new developments, new construction sales, and working with investors. Dave keeps an up to date list of all homes offered as short sales, REO, and foreclosures in our MLS. Bill Noordam, e-Pro, ABR

Another native of Coeur d'Alene, Bill graduated in 1985 from Cd'A High. His background includes over 20 years of working with customers in both retail and service settings and attributes his success to his motto of always "doing what's right" for his clients. Bill specializes in working with first time homebuyers and residential resale. He is now expanding his expertise into commercial real estate sales.
